We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from Caraliza Designs. If you have a problem or wish to return an item please e-mail us within 30 days of receiving your goods to discuss return and refund.
If you have changed your mind about keeping a purchase then the goods must be returned in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. This must done with minimal possible delay and the refund will be processed upon receipt and verification of the goods. In this case you are responsible for the return costs.
If by some mischance the item is faulty then we will refund the payment via the payment system used for your order, PayPal or Stripe (including your standard shipping costs) when we have received the returned item.
