Life can be stressful and challenging and crippling anxiety is a real problem in today’s world. There are numerous ways to help relieve our stresses and strains, but the deepest most powerful one for me has always been coming back to my breath. Each time I feel anxious and nervous, if I remind myself to concentrate on my breathing, and to gradually let it become slower and deeper (especially as I exhale), I instantly feel a little better and a little bit more able to cope.
Our gorgeous Serenity spinner rings are designed with that in mind; to help you remember to return to your breath. They are not a magical cure for anxiety, rather they are a gentle reminder to focus back on the present moment through your breath. Breathe out slowly as you spin the band and you should quickly get a sense of calm and relief. The more you concentrate on slowing your out-breath, the calmer and more grounded you will feel. The breath is the key, but we’re pretty sure that wearing one of our beautiful Serenity rings helps too by bringing you a little bit of joy each time you wear it!
Each of these Serenity rings has been ethically handcrafted in sterling silver (92.5), the wide concave band with the uniquely textured effect and the spinning band in polished silver which holds one vibrant gemstone in a bezel setting.
